How to Book:

1. Pay tour deposit of euro 100/tour using our dedicated PayPal link.
2. Receive your tour e-voucher by email within 24-48 hrs.
3. Pay the tour balance on tour day.

Payment of Deposit:

Your booking is complete when we receive your deposit via PayPal.

E-Voucher:

• We will email your e-voucher within 24-48 hrs. of receiving your tour deposit.
• Your e-voucher contains all tour details, precise meeting point instructions, guide contact telephone number, and emergency contact telephone number.
• Your e-voucher also includes a summary of the amount you have paid as tour deposit and the balance due on tour day.
• Please bring your e-voucher with you on tour day for your reference.

Paying the Tour Balance:

• The balance for your tour is to be paid in cash on tour day (in Euro).
• At the moment we do not accept credit card payments on tour day.
• If you’d prefer to pre-pay by PayPal/credit card, please contact us to make prior arrangements (at least 48 hrs before your tour).

Cancellation Policy

Venice Day Trips applies a cancellation fee equal to the tour deposit in case of cancellation more than 15 days before the tour date. Cancellations made from 14 days before the tour date to the date of the tour result in full payment due. No-shows also result in full payment due. All cancellations must be requested in writing.

Gift Certificates

We offer various options for gift certificates. You can choose to give a specific tour or activity which can be booked at a later date, or you can choose to give a gift certificate for a specific amount that the recipient can use towards his/her purchase. Contact us by email for more details.
